What it means

Power derating (low utility voltage) — The inverter derates its output power because the utility voltage is low.

Cause: The AC input voltage is low (about 90-170V).

How to fix it

  1. Read the voltage from the screen and confirm the voltage of the AC input is about 90-170V.
  2. If it is, the AC input voltage is low and the unit can work normally.
  3. If not, contact the repair center.

  1. Please check the voltage of the solar panel, it should be less than 140V or 190V
