  Every product shows its price and can be bought on the spot through the cart and checkout. Once you order, our team comes back with an invoice plus a delivery schedule; goods leave the same business day, or the next business day after, and arrive within 3 business days door to door, and the balance is settled in cash when they arrive — full details in our shipping policy.

  Our contact page, phone and email all reach the same Dubai desk; expect an answer inside one business day.

• Our Promises

  Defective items carry a 30-day return window (see our returns policy), Felicity factory warranties are honoured by us locally, and the figure on the page is the figure on the invoice — settled in cash when the goods reach your door.
