Inverter, battery, street light, or the whole system?

AN INVERTER ON ITS OWN. If your battery bank works and you need to turn what the panels make into what the building uses, the inverter is the whole job. Match voltage and phase to what you already own.

A BATTERY ON ITS OWN. If the inverter is fine and the problem is the evening, you are buying storage. Capacity decides it — a 100 Ah battery carries light loads, a 200 Ah doubles it, and the 5, 10 and 15 kWh packs are measured by the night, not the brand.

THE WHOLE SYSTEM. Built from nothing, the inverter and battery are one decision: the inverter sets what can run at once, the battery how long. If all you need is light, a solar street light is self-contained and needs neither.
