Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product specifications, descriptions, images, and datasheets. However, manufacturers such as Felicity Solar may update products without prior notice. Product information is provided for reference purposes only. We recommend confirming exact specifications with our sales team before making a purchase decision.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Felicity MJS Solar Solutions operates the directory; the actual sale is concluded between you and the authorised Felicity distributor we match you with. The distributor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Cancellation terms after dispatch follow the distributor's policy and the return policy published on this site.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices shown on the directory are the authorised Felicity distributor's own prices and are subject to change. Felicity MJS Solar Solutions does not add a customer-facing markup; our commission is paid by the seller side. Quotes for customers in the GCC, the Levant, North Africa and Europe may be issued in local currency equivalents on request. Payment terms are agreed directly with the matched distributor. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties and import taxes unless stated otherwise.

Warranty Terms

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (Felicity) and honoured by the authorised distributor you purchased from. Typical coverage: (1) Inverters (off-grid AI100, hybrid IVAM/IVBM/IVEM/T-REX, on-grid IVGM) — 5-10 year manufacturer warranty. (2) Lithium battery stacks (FLA, FLB, FLH, LPBA) and FLS-ES cabinets — 5-10 year warranty or stated cycle-life guarantee. OPzV cells follow lead-acid warranty terms. (3) Solar panels (Felicity 580W mono) — 10-25 year linear performance warranty. (4) MPPT charge controllers (SCCM series) and street lights (F1, F1A, F2, P2, P3, HPFL flood) — per spec sheet, typically 2-5 years. (5) Accessories — typically 1-2 years. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, surges, water ingress or unauthorised modifications. As the directory, we open and chase warranty claims on your behalf for the lifetime of the system.

All content on felicitysolar.me is the property of Felicity MJS Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

Felicity MJS Solar Solutions operates a directory and is not the seller of record. Our total liability for directory services shall not exceed the commission we received on the relevant transaction. We are not responsible for: (1) Delays beyond our control. (2) Damage from improper installation by third-party installers. (3) Compatibility issues with third-party equipment. The authorised Felicity distributor remains the contractual seller for all product-related claims.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For UAE and GCC customers, disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team.

Service Regions

These terms apply to all customers and website visitors across our served regions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
