Payment Method

Orders are payable by cash on delivery (COD) — this is the only payment method we offer at the moment. The invoiced total is settled when the Felicity equipment reaches you.

Delivery Regions

We deliver Felicity Solar equipment to customers across 17+ countries worldwide: UAE (all emirates), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Additional destinations are often possible — ask the sales desk before you order.

Shipping & Logistics Partners

We arrange shipping ourselves, using established local couriers for UAE/GCC deliveries and reputable freight carriers for international consignments. Our logistics desk books the carrier, tracks dispatch on your behalf and steps in if anything stalls.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. During peak periods or for large orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE business week). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes after dispatch: UAE (all emirates): 2-5 business days. Saudi Arabia: 5-8 business days. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10 business days. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon: 7-12 business days. Syria: 10-15 business days (subject to carrier availability). Egypt, Morocco: 8-14 business days. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 10-18 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. For UAE domestic orders above AED 5,000, we may offer free or subsidized shipping. International shipping costs include carrier fees and packaging but exclude customs duties and import taxes. Contact us for a detailed shipping quote.

Large & Heavy Items

Felicity equipment can be large and heavy. Our warehouse crew preps heavy consignments as follows: (1) Solar panels (Felicity 580W mono) ship on pallets and require forklift or multi-person unloading. (2) FLB/FLH lithium stacks, OPzV cell banks and FLS-ES commercial cabinets may require ground-floor delivery only. (3) Larger commercial IVGM and T-REX hybrid systems typically ship via freight rather than parcel courier. (4) Street-light projects (F1, F1A, F2, P2, P3, HPFL flood) ship as palletised consignments. Reinforced packaging is used for all sensitive electronics.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices. We provide all necessary export documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin to facilitate customs clearance. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for solar energy equipment before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend insuring all shipments, especially for high-value solar equipment. Our shipping partners offer comprehensive insurance options to protect against damage, theft, or loss during transit. For orders above AED 10,000, we strongly recommend full-value transit insurance. In the event of shipping damage, document the damage with photos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp. For freight shipments, our logistics team will provide regular updates. Contact us if tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days.
