What it means

Output shortA short circuit is detected on the inverter AC output.

Cause: The AC output wiring or a connected load is short-circuited.

How to fix it

  1. If the AC input is on, cut off the AC input first, then turn off the inverter, disconnect all AC output wiring and turn it on again.
  2. If the screen still displays the fault, contact the repair center.
  3. If the inverter can work again, check the output wiring and load and make sure none of them are short-circuited.

Cause: A fault has been detected in the PV input stage — usually a short, ground fault, or isolation failure between the PV array and the inverter chassis. Wet connectors, damaged cable insulation, or moisture in a junction box are common causes.

How to fix it

  1. Please check the voltage of the solar panel; it should be less than 95V.
  2. If the voltage is OK, please contact your installer.
