Inv soft start timeout — The inverter soft start did not complete in time.

Cause: At power-up the soft-start ramp failed to bring the inverter stage to its working point within the allowed time — an internal power-stage or pre-charge fault.

Battery Under Voltage Alarm or Battery SOC Low Alarm — Battery voltage is too low or Battery SOC is too low, the battery should be charged.

Cause: Either the measured battery voltage or the reported state of charge has fallen to the low-battery threshold — the pack is close to empty and must be recharged.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
