Felicity inverter error 71 (F71)

The firmware version of each inverter is not the same

AC leakage current fault — AC leakage current detected.

Cause: Leakage (residual) current to ground exceeded the safety limit — commonly degraded PV insulation or a grounding fault on the array cabling.

How to fix it

  1. Check PV side cable ground connection
  2. Restart the system 2~3 times
  3. If the fault still exists, please contact us for help.

EEPROM Fault — There was an error with the EEPROM write.

Cause: A write error occurred in the EEPROM that stores the inverter's settings and calibration, so the control board cannot reliably save or recall its configuration.
