The Felicity Solar IVPM7548 is a single-phase, low-frequency off-grid inverter-charger rated 6 kW with 7.5 kVA of apparent output at 220 V and 50/60 Hz, running from a 48 V battery bank, refilling it at 60 A from the utility and 120 A from solar, and passing 63 A of AC through. Its one MPPT tracker carries a single string between 65 and 145 V, taking 6.6 kW of PV to a 170 V maximum PV voltage, and the unit starts at 46 V. Battery voltage is held across 42-63 V in three stages, boost at 57.6 V and float at 54.4 V with 61.0 V the maximum charging voltage, for AGM, Flooded, Li-Ion and Self-Defined packs. It shuts down at 43 V below half load and 42 V above, recovering at 47 V and 46 V. Line-mode efficiency is 95%, maximum efficiency 90%, transfer takes 15 ms and twice rated power holds for 5 seconds to start motors. Utility or generator input is accepted from 90 to 280 V in appliance mode and 170 to 280 V in UPS mode, up to 280 V maximum, and charging follows three stages, boost constant current then boost constant voltage at 57.6 V then float at 54.4 V, with 61.0 V the maximum charging voltage.
