The Felicity Solar IVGM8KLP1G1 is an 8 kW single-phase hybrid inverter rated 8 kVA apparent, peaking at 8.8 kW of AC output and 38.3 A, working from a 40-60 V battery bank on one battery input and reaching 97.6% maximum efficiency. Two MPPT trackers cover 120-425 V and accept up to 12 kW of recommended PV power. On the array side each tracker takes two strings, 26+26 A and 500 V maximum, starting at 100 V and tracking at 99.9% efficiency. Charge and discharge both run to 190 A and 8 kW with Lead-Acid or Li-Ion packs, the charge algorithm self-adapting to the BMS over RS485 or CAN. Output is 220-230 V at 50/60 Hz on L+N+PE wiring, 34.8 A rated, under 3% THD, with 8 kW of backup rated power, 40 A backup maximum output current and a 10 ms transfer time. Protection covers output over-current, over-power and short circuit, anti-islanding, GFCI, arc fault (AFCI) and insulation resistor detection, to IEC 62109-1 and IEC 62109-2. The IP65 wall-mounted unit measures 430 x 654 x 243 mm and weighs 33.5 kg net; up to 6 run in parallel. We are an authorised Felicity Solar distributor. Warranty: 2 Years.

Twenty-five Felicity inverters are IP21 and every SCCM charge controller says indoor wall-mount. IP20, IP21 and IP31 are indoor ratings, and the first digit - the dust one - is the half nobody reads. Here is which listing carries which.
