66A maximum AC input current with 60A of AC pass-through
A separate row rates the generator input at 60A maximum, all behind a nominal 230V AC input at 50/60Hz.

The IVAM12048P1G1 puts 12kW and 12kVA on a 230V single-phase output at 52.2A, draws up to 66A of AC input current with 60A from a generator, and charges a 48V bank at 250A.

The Felicity Solar IVAM12048P1G1 is a 12kW and 12kVA single-phase off-grid solar inverter for 48V battery banks, rated at 52.2A maximum output current on 230V and 50/60Hz, charging and discharging at up to 250A, and accepting 24kW of maximum PV input power on two MPPT trackers at 97.6% maximum efficiency. Its inputs are rated separately: 66A of maximum AC input current, 60A of AC pass-through current and 60A of maximum generator input current, all at a nominal 230V. Solar arrives as 32+32A over 2+2 strings with 48+48A of short-circuit current, tracked between 90V and 425V, or 200-425V at full load, from a 120V start-up to a 500V maximum PV voltage. The single battery input works between 40V and 60V on lead-acid or Li-Ion at 12kW of maximum charge and discharge power, the charge algorithm self-adapting to the pack BMS over RS485 or CAN; backup rated output power is likewise 12kW. Its IP65 case measures 594 x 385 x 203mm at 21.4kg net, six units parallel, certified to IEC 62109-1, EN 62109-1, IEC 62109-2 and EN 62109-2. We are an authorised Felicity Solar distributor and supply the IVAM12048P1G1 from our own stock. The warranty is 2 Years.

The honest answer is that solar first replaces the hours the engine runs, not the engine. Here is what the Felicity records actually publish about pairing with a generator - the input windows, the generator current rows and the charge current that decides how long it runs.
Read: Can Solar Replace the Generator in Beirut? →Twenty-five Felicity inverters are IP21 and every SCCM charge controller says indoor wall-mount. IP20, IP21 and IP31 are indoor ratings, and the first digit - the dust one - is the half nobody reads. Here is which listing carries which.
Read: Can I Install a Solar Inverter Outside? What IP21, IP31 and IP65 Really Mean →An off-grid house is sized by surge, battery energy and charge current - and the surge row is the one that starts your fridge and your pump. Here are the published figures across the Felicity inverters and batteries, with the arithmetic to use them.
Read: How to Run a Whole House on Solar in Khartoum →66A of maximum AC input current at a nominal 230V and 50/60Hz. AC pass-through current is rated separately at 60A, and maximum generator input current at 60A, so the three input limits are not the same number.
12kW of rated output power and 12kVA of rated apparent output power at 230V single phase, drawing 52.2A of maximum output current as a pure sine wave. Twice rated power is available for 10 seconds and backup rated output power is 12kW.
250A of maximum charging current, matched by 250A of maximum discharging current, which is 12kW of maximum charge and discharge power. The one battery input covers 40-60V for lead-acid or Li-Ion, and the charge algorithm self-adapts to the BMS over RS485 or CAN.
24kW of maximum PV input power and 24kW of PV access power on two MPPT trackers, at 32+32A over 2+2 strings, 48+48A of short-circuit current and 500V maximum PV voltage. Six units run in parallel, in IP65 cases of 21.4kg net. The warranty is 2 Years.
