50Fault

Felicity inverter error 50 (F50)

EEPROM fault

Also displayed as F50 on some models.

Faultthe inverter cuts its output and the red LED stays solid until the fault is cleared.

The exact meaning depends on your model:

IVCM1012 PRO

InverterFault

Also applies to:IVCM2024 PROIVCM3024 PRO

What it means

EEPROM fault

Cause: The EEPROM that stores the unit's settings and calibration data failed a read/write check. This is an internal memory fault.

How to fix it

Contact the repair center.

InverterFault

Also applies to:IVGM6KL-P1G1IVGM7K6L-P1G1IVGM8KL-P1G1

What it means

INV over Current of hardwareInverter hardware over current fault.

Cause: The inverter stage's hardware overcurrent protection tripped — an instantaneous trip, independent of the firmware, that reacts to fast surges or a short on the output side.

How to fix it

  1. Please check whether the load power is within the range
  2. Restart and check whether it is in normal
  3. Seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

What it means

EEPROM failure

Cause: A read/write error occurred in the EEPROM that stores the inverter's settings and calibration, so the control board cannot reliably save or recall its configuration.

How to fix it

Restart the unit, if the error persists, contact the repair center.

InverterFault

What it means

Inverter current DC component faultInverter current DC component is too high, shutdown and restart.

Cause: A DC component beyond the permitted limit was detected in the inverter's output current — the output waveform has developed an asymmetry the unit is not allowed to feed to loads or the grid.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
