About the Felicity Solar IVPS5048P1G1-LV 4kW Single-Phase Inverter / Charger
The Felicity Solar IVPS5048P1G1-LV is a single-phase off-grid inverter charger that delivers 4 kW of rated output power, 5 kVA apparent, from a 48 V battery bank to a 110-127 V AC output, in pure sine wave, with a 15 ms transfer time between utility and battery. The LV designation shows in those AC figures: nominal input 110-120 V, output 110-127 V, wired L-N. The low-frequency, transformer-based design carries twice rated load for 5 seconds and is motor-start capable, so pumps and compressors start without tripping it. AC input accepts 80-140 V in appliance mode and 90-140 V in UPS mode at 50/60 Hz, passing through up to 63 A; with no battery connected there is no pass-through. Charging is three-stage - boost CC, boost CV, float - up to 50 A, at 57.6 V bulk and 54.4 V float, across a 42-63 V battery window covering AGM, flooded, lithium-ion and self-defined profiles. RS485 carries BMS data, up to 9 units run in parallel, and line-mode efficiency is above 95%. The IP21 chassis measures 494 x 420 x 195 mm and weighs 31.35 kg net. We are an authorised Felicity Solar distributor and supply the IVPS5048P1G1-LV from our own stock.
