The Felicity Solar IVPS2512 is an off-grid inverter-charger rated at 2,500 VA / 2,000 W at 12 V. It produces a pure sine wave at 220 Vac, transfers between utility and battery in about 15 ms, and carries a three-stage utility charger with AGM, flooded and self-defined battery profiles. It surges to twice rated power for five seconds, so motor loads start without tripping it.

No. The IVPS series charges from the utility only; pair it with an external MPPT charge controller for solar, or choose the IVPM series, whose datasheet lists a built-in MPPT as an option.
