What it means

Parallel Setting is inconsistent — Flash is not burned, contact the maintenance centre.

Cause: The inverters in the parallel group are not running identical parallel settings, so the group cannot form. The related fault-table entry covers a control board whose firmware flash was never programmed, which needs the maintenance centre.

How to fix it

  1. Check whether Parallel cables are firmly and correctly connected
  2. Check whether the software version of the inverter is same
  3. Restart the system 2~3 times

  3. Reseat the dongle/comms module.
