What it means

Faults for PV over voltage of built-in MPPT — The built-in MPPT charge controller reports PV over voltage.

Cause: The PV input voltage to the built-in MPPT charge controller is too high.

How to fix it

  1. Reduce the number of PV modules in series so the PV voltage stays within the allowed range.
  2. If the warning persists, contact the repair center.

Parallel system error

Cause: Another inverter in the parallel group is in a fault state, so the whole group reports a system-level error until that unit recovers.

How to fix it

  1. Please check whether other inverter is in error state
  2. Restart the system
  3. If the fault still exists, please contact us for help.

What it means

Parallel host loss fault — Parallel host disconnects from the system, check whether the hosts is normal.

Cause: The parallel host (master) inverter has disconnected from the system, so the group has lost its coordinating unit until the host is restored.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
