7.8 kW of recommended PV over two MPPT trackers

Maximum recommended PV power is 7.8 kW on a 6 kW inverter, split across two MPPT trackers taking 15+15 A of input current and 18+18 A of short-circuit current, one string each, up to a 550 V maximum PV voltage and 99.9% MPPT efficiency.

6 kW of maximum AC output power at 97.6% efficiency

Rated output power and rated apparent output power are 6 kW and 6 kVA, maximum AC output power is 6 kW, maximum efficiency 97.6% and European efficiency 97%, with harmonic distortion under 3% and a power factor above 0.99, adjustable from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging.

120 A of charging and discharging on a 40-60 V bank

Maximum charging current and maximum discharging current are both 120 A into one battery input covering 40-60 V, for 6 kW of maximum charge and discharge power, with Lead-Acid and Li-Ion supported and the charge algorithm self-adapting to the BMS over RS485 and CAN.

230 V output rated 26 A with 30 A in backup

AC output is 230 V single phase on L+N+PE wiring, with a 26 A rated output current, 30 A at maximum and 30 A of backup output current behind the 6 kW backup output, a 20 ms transfer time and twice rated power for 10 seconds.

120 A of AC charging from a 184-264.5 V input

Maximum AC charging current is 120 A, drawn from a 184-264.5 V input at up to 40 A with 40 A of pass-through, behind anti-islanding protection, GFCI protection, insulation resistor detection and ground fault current monitoring. Certification is to IEC 62109-1 and IEC 62109-2, with grid settings for CEI 0-21, G99, VDE 4105, EN 50549-1 and NRS 097-2-1.

IP65 chassis of 530 x 493 x 228 mm rated to 2000 m

The wall-mounted, intelligently air-cooled IP65 unit measures 530 x 493 x 228 mm and weighs 32.4 kg net and 39.1 kg gross in a 632 x 570 x 315 mm carton, works from -25 to 60 °C with derating above 45 °C, to 2000 m of altitude and 0-100% humidity, reports over WiFi or GPRS, and parallels to 6 units. The Felicity Solar T-REX-6KLP1G01 is a 6 kW single-phase hybrid solar inverter that accepts 7.8 kW of recommended PV power on two MPPT trackers, moves 120 A into and out of a 40-60 V battery bank, and delivers 6 kW and 6 kVA at 230 V at 97.6% maximum and 97% European efficiency. Each tracker carries one string from a 130 V start-up, works between 100 and 500 V, holds full load from 260 to 500 V around a 360 V rated PV input voltage, and takes 15+15 A of input current and 18+18 A of short-circuit current up to 550 V. The AC side is L+N+PE, rated 26 A, 30 A at maximum and 30 A in backup behind the 6 kW backup output, with a 20 ms transfer, twice rated power for 10 seconds, THD under 3% and a power factor above 0.99. AC charging also reaches 120 A from a 184-264.5 V input drawing 40 A. The isolated, transformer-based chassis is IP65, 530 x 493 x 228 mm and 32.4 kg net, rated to 2000 m.
