The Felicity Solar T-REX-4KLP1G01 is a single-phase hybrid solar inverter delivering 4 kW of rated output at 230 V, with a maximum output current of 21.7 A, a peak efficiency of 97.5%, a European efficiency of 96.8%, and two MPPT trackers taking up to 5.2 kW of recommended PV power. Those MPPT inputs track from 100 V to 500 V, start at 130 V, and accept 550 V maximum PV voltage with 15+15 A of input current across one string per tracker. On the storage side the T-REX-4KLP1G01 works over a 40-60 V battery range on one battery input, charging and discharging Lead-Acid and Li-Ion banks at up to 100 A and 4 kW while self-adapting to the BMS over RS485 or CAN. Transfer to backup takes 20 ms at up to 30 A. The isolated, transformer-based design is naturally cooled, rated IP65, and runs from -25 to 60 °C with derating above 45 °C. Up to 6 units run in parallel. We are an authorised Felicity Solar distributor and supply the T-REX-4KLP1G01 from our own stock, and this model carries a warranty of 2 Years.

Twenty-five Felicity inverters are IP21 and every SCCM charge controller says indoor wall-mount. IP20, IP21 and IP31 are indoor ratings, and the first digit - the dust one - is the half nobody reads. Here is which listing carries which.

What the Beeps & Red Light Mean →An off-grid house is sized by surge, battery energy and charge current - and the surge row is the one that starts your fridge and your pump. Here are the published figures across the Felicity inverters and batteries, with the arithmetic to use them.
Read: How to Run a Whole House on Solar in Khartoum →5.2 kW is the maximum recommended PV power for the T-REX-4KLP1G01. Its two MPPT trackers run from 100 V to 500 V, start up at 130 V, and accept a 550 V maximum PV voltage with 15+15 A of PV input current, one string per tracker, over a 90-550 V working range.
97.5% is the maximum efficiency of the T-REX-4KLP1G01, alongside a 96.8% European efficiency and 99.9% MPPT efficiency. It puts out 4 kW / 4 kVA single-phase at 230 V, holds a power factor above 0.99 adjustable from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging, and keeps total harmonic distortion below 3%.
40-60 V is the battery voltage range of the T-REX-4KLP1G01, on a single battery input. It charges and discharges Lead-Acid and Li-Ion banks at up to 100 A and 4 kW, self-adapting to the BMS over RS485 or CAN, and it can pull 100 A of AC charge current from a 40 A grid input.
530 x 493 x 228 mm (W x H x D) are the T-REX-4KLP1G01 dimensions, at a 32.4 kg net weight; the shipping package measures 632 x 570 x 315 mm and 39.1 kg gross. The unit is wall-mounted, naturally cooled and rated IP65, running from -25 to 60 °C with derating above 45 °C up to 2000 m altitude.
