High voltage ride through alarm — Entering high voltage ride-through at grid connection, the inverter sends reactive power to the grid.

Cause: A grid voltage swell pushed the inverter into high-voltage ride-through: it stays connected and sends reactive power to the grid to support it instead of tripping offline.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
