What it means

Grid Volt LowGrid voltage below acceptable range.

Cause: AC grid voltage has dropped below the inverter's safe operating range. Most commonly caused by utility voltage sag, undersized wiring between the meter and the inverter, or loose AC terminal connections.

How to fix it

  1. Measure the AC voltage at the inverter terminals with a multimeter.
  2. If voltage is consistently below the inverter's minimum threshold (typically 184 VAC for 230 V systems), contact your utility provider.
  3. Verify all AC wiring is correctly sized for the inverter's rated current, and retighten the grid terminal block.
