What it means

Generator port is connected to the generator or Grid when the mode is the smart load mode — Generator/Grid wrongly connected when smart load mode is set.

Cause: The GEN port is configured as a smart-load output, but the inverter detects a generator or grid source feeding into that port — the wiring contradicts the selected mode.

How to fix it

  1. Check whether GEN cables are firmly and correctly connected
  2. Restart the system 2~3 times
  3. Seek help from us, if can not go back to normal state.

BAT2 Insulation Impedance — Battery 2 insulation is abnormal.

Cause: The insulation between the battery 2 circuit and ground measured below the safe threshold — damaged cable insulation or moisture in that battery's wiring.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
