What it means

Gen Under Voltage Alarm — Generator voltage is too low, check whether the generator voltage is within the normal range.

Cause: The voltage measured at the generator input is below the permitted operating window, so the inverter will not qualify generator power until it recovers.

  2. Restart and check whether it is in normal

Grid Imbalance Fault — Grid three-phase voltage unbalance, check the grid three-phase voltage.

Cause: The three grid phase voltages are unequal beyond the permitted tolerance, so the inverter cannot run balanced grid-tied operation until the phase voltages are corrected.

How to fix it

  1. Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
  2. If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
