The Felicity Solar SCCM8048-P is an 80A MPPT solar charge controller that automatically detects 12V, 24V and 48V battery banks, tracks a 15-130VDC MPPT window up to 145V maximum solar input, and accepts 4400W of PV at 48V at 98% peak efficiency. Charging runs a 3-Step algorithm to a 14.40V absorption voltage and a 13.60V float voltage, with a 150 minute constant-voltage stage and -5 mV/°C/cell temperature compensation referenced at 25°C, applied from 0 °C to +50 °C. Tracking begins at a 20V panel start-up voltage. Transient surge protection is rated 4500 W / port, alongside overcurrent protection and solar high-voltage, battery high-voltage and high-temperature disconnect/reconnect. A built-in LCD display is fitted, and the MPPT-match function pairs the controller with the inverter. The IP20 vented enclosure wall-mounts indoors, measures 338 x 206 x 135 mm, weighs 6.8 kg and operates from 0°C to 55°C in 0%-90% non-condensing humidity.
