The Felicity Solar G12V70AH is a valve-regulated gel battery from the DC (GEL Deep Cycle) series, built for the frequent charge and discharge a solar installation puts a battery through every day. 12 V, 70 Ah Felicity rates the series at 30% more cyclic life than its standby equivalent, and it is equally at home on a solar array, a boat or an RV.

No. The electrolyte is immobilised in gel, so there is nothing to top up and nothing to spill. Keep it in a ventilated place near 25°C and recharge it before storing.
