Maximum PV input power is 52 kW on a 40 kW rated inverter, spread over four MPPT trackers that each accept 36 A for 36+36+36+36 A of PV input current, up to a 1000 V maximum PV voltage.

Four MPPTs tracking 200-850 V from a 250 V start-up

The four MPPT trackers open at a 250 V start-up voltage and run from 200 to 850 V around a 600 V rated PV input, from a 150 V minimum DC input voltage, at 99.9% MPPT efficiency.

44 kW maximum AC output at 63.8 A

Rated output is 40 kW and 40 kVA, peaking at 44 kW and 63.8 A on three-phase 220-230 V 3L+N+PE wiring at 50/60 Hz, with 1.5 times rated power for 10 s of surge and under 3% total harmonic distortion.

40 kW of backup on a 160-800 V LFP bank

Backup rated power is 40 kW, drawn from two battery inputs carrying an LFP bank across 160-800 V at 50+50 A of maximum charging and 50+50 A of maximum discharging current, with BMS communication over RS485 and CAN.

192 A output overcurrent protection, 10 ms transfer

Output overcurrent protection is rated 192 A and backup takes over in 10 ms, behind anti-islanding protection, a residual current monitoring unit, insulation resistor detection, PV and battery reverse polarity protection and surge protection level II.

85.6 kg IP65 chassis, 12 units in parallel

The wall-mounted IP65 chassis weighs 85.6 kg net and 102.3 kg gross, works from -25 to 60 °C with derating above 50 °C and up to 3000 m with derating above 2000 m, and parallels up to 12 units. Supplied with a 2 Years warranty.

The Felicity Solar T-REX-40KHP3G01 is a three-phase hybrid solar inverter rated 40 kW and 40 kVA, accepting up to 52 kW of PV across four MPPT trackers, delivering 44 kW of maximum AC output and 40 kW of backup power, with a maximum output current of 63.8 A at 97.6% peak efficiency. Each tracker takes 36 A, tracks from 200 to 850 V after a 250 V start-up around a 600 V rated PV input, and works from a 150 V minimum DC input up to 1000 V. Two battery inputs carry an LFP bank across 160-800 V at 50+50 A of charge and discharge, talking to the BMS over RS485 and CAN. Output is 220-230 V per phase on 3L+N+PE wiring at 50/60 Hz, under 3% THD, with a 10 ms transfer time and 1.5 times rated power for 10 s. European efficiency is 97% and MPPT efficiency 99.9%.
