What it means
Battery Over Current protection — Listed under 7.1 Battery System Features 'Battery Protection': protects against over-current at the battery side (max charge/discharge current 50A per spec).
Cause: Charge or discharge current at the battery terminals exceeded the pack's protection limit (50 A maximum per spec) — a load surge, or an inverter charge/discharge setting above the battery's rating.
How to fix it
- Power down the inverter, wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge, then restart.
- If the fault recurs immediately or repeatedly, record the exact code and contact your installer or the manufacturer's service line.
