What it means
Battery Indicates Charging But SOC Does Not Change — Ambient temperature is too low, preventing the battery from charging.
Cause: Ambient temperature is too low for charging — below the pack's 0°C minimum charge temperature the BMS blocks charge current, so the SOC does not rise even though the inverter reports charging.
How to fix it
Charge the battery within the temperature range specified in the manual (Charging temperature: 0 C to +55 C).
