Cause

Temp21 or Temp22 on any BMU as judged by SBCU: T > 90°C.

Recommended fix

Send faults to EMS, limit power, request lower high voltage; if command not received within 5s, cut off the main circuit relay. Latch - manual troubleshooting is required.
