0x1023 means: Battery cluster cell undertemperature alarm (level 3). Cell minimum temperature < -30°C.
0x1023 is a fault code: the ESS unit enters protection and stops normal operation until it is cleared.
Send faults externally, limit power and request to lower high voltage; if command not received within 5s, cut off the main circuit relay. Recovers when Temp_min > 0°C.
