0x1013 means: Battery cluster cell overtemperature alarm (level 3). Cell maximum temperature > 60°C.
0x1013 is a fault code: the ESS unit enters protection and stops normal operation until it is cleared.
Send faults externally, limit power and request to lower high voltage; if command not received within 5s, cut off the main circuit relay. Recovers when Temp_max < 55°C.
