Cause

BMS internal (MOSFET / control board) temperature exceeded the upper protection threshold.

Recommended fix

Check the ambient temperature and cooling space around the unit (per section 8.3 ambient must be 0°C–45°C). Allow the BMS to cool. The fault will self-clear once temperature returns to range. if the fault persists, contact the local distributor.
