Cause
Total battery pack voltage fell below the BMS lower protection threshold (undervoltage protection).
Recommended fix
Recharge the battery promptly (per section 10.1, the battery should be charged in time when undercharged or stored more than 3 months). The BMS will automatically return to normal once voltage recovers. if the fault persists, contact the local distributor.
