FAULT mode indicated by RED LED ON with LED1 OFF, LED2 OFF, LED3 ON, LED4 OFF: an individual cell voltage is below the safe lower limit.

Cause

Cell undervoltage / over-discharge.

Recommended fix

Recharge promptly; if cells fail to recover, return battery to repair center.
