Description

FAULT mode indicated by RED LED ON with LED1 ON, LED2 ON, LED3 OFF, LED4 OFF: an individual cell voltage exceeds the safe upper limit.

Cause

One or more cells over-voltage; possible cell imbalance or charger overvoltage.

Recommended fix

Stop charging; verify charger/inverter max charge voltage; allow BMS to balance and recover.
