Manufacturer: Felicity Solar

Application: The Felicity Solar FLA48230 is a 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery rated 230 Ah and 11.8 kWh of nominal energy, with a depth of discharge of ≥95%, a cycle life of ≥6000 cycles and a built-in smart BMS. Up to 15 units run in parallel for a maximum system capacity of 176.6 kWh. Continuous charge and discharge current is 150 A, also the recommended figure, for 7500 W of recommended power, with a 200 A or 10000 W peak held for 15 seconds. The operating window runs 44.8 V to 57.6 V, cutting off at 44.8 V and charging to no more than 57.6 V. CAN and RS485 ports carry state of charge to the inverter, while an LCD screen and LED indicators report it locally. The cabinet weighs 92 kg, measures 783 x 274 x 450 mm and is rated IP21, wall-mounted or floor-mounted. Charge it from 0 to 55 °C and discharge it from -20 to 55 °C. Protection is a built-in smart BMS with a breaker and a fuse; the pack is certified to UN38.3 and CB. We are an authorised Felicity Solar distributor, and the FLA48230 carries a 5 Years warranty.

Figures on this page are the manufacturer's own, measured at the test conditions the datasheet states — they do not change by country. What changes is the approval that has to be met before the unit is energised: in the UAE that rests with the local authorities (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA). Confirm the grid code, import requirements and any local certification with them, or with us, before you order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much energy does the FLA48230 store?

11.8 kWh of nominal energy at 51.2 V, from a 230 Ah LiFePO4 pack. Depth of discharge is a separate rating of ≥95%, and that is what governs how much of the 11.8 kWh you actually draw.

How many FLA48230 batteries can run in parallel?

15 units, for a maximum system capacity of 176.6 kWh. Each unit contributes 11.8 kWh at 51.2 V and coordinates with the rest over CAN or RS485.

What charge and discharge current does the FLA48230 accept?

150 A continuously, which is also the recommended charge and discharge current, with a 200 A peak for 15 seconds. In power terms that is 7500 W recommended and 10000 W at peak.

How long does the FLA48230 last, and what warranty does it carry?

≥6000 cycles is the rated cycle life, and the FLA48230 carries a 5 Years warranty. Charge it from 0 to 55 °C and discharge it from -20 to 55 °C, inside the 44.8 V to 57.6 V operating window.

How much energy does the FLA48250 hold?

12.5 kWh of nominal energy, from 250 Ah at 51.2 V nominal. Depth of discharge is rated separately at ≥95%, so the two rows are read side by side rather than as one usable figure.

What is the largest bank the FLA48250 supports?

187 kWh, reached by paralleling up to 15 units on one 51.2 V bus.

How much current does the FLA48250 sustain?

150 A of continuous charge and discharge, which is the recommended figure too and equals 7,500 W; a separate 15-second rating allows 200 A and 10,000 W.

How heavy is the FLA48250 and what warranty applies?

97 kg for the unit and 115 kg once packed into its 900 x 450 x 570 mm carton, with a 5 Years warranty.
