Cause

Total battery pack voltage exceeded the BMS upper protection threshold (overvoltage protection).

Correction recommandée

Stop charging and allow voltage to drop. The BMS will automatically return to normal once the trigger condition is removed. if the fault persists, contact the local distributor.
